Ok… Let’s have some fun on this latest offer on a Summerlin Home we have for sale.

The Message: Tell the Bank we’ll offer $165,000 for the short sale you have listed for sale for $215,000.

This is on our property listed for sale in a prime area of Summerlin that you can view here –> Summerlin Home for Sale that is already listed for sale below market value.

My response…. If the bank would take $165,000 for this Summerlin Home I would buy it myself and you would have absolutely zero chance of buying it…..

I don’t mean to be rude but that request is a little hard to take seriously. Of course.. we will submit any offer requested to our sellers and the bank…. as long as you are able to come up with an earnest money deposit and can be qualified to buy in the first place.
