I just received a monthly sales newsletter from a rep. over at First American Title with Las Vegas zip code sales stats through April of 2008. According to the report from First American Title, the top ten zip codes for Clark County (includes Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, North Las Vegas and Mesquite Nv) for total sales for 2008 through April are:

Some quick notes, 89178 is the newer Master Planned community of Mountains Edge and has plenty of new home communities. Price reductions in late 2007 seem to have certainly helped out. 89148 includes Rhodes Ranch which had a pretty good number of Bank owned homes for sale earlier in the year. There were some fantastic deals in here including homes on the golf course offered for under $400,000.
