Outside of Las Vegas, it’s pretty easy to find somebody with the misconceptions that Las Vegas is a terrible place to raise a family. Easy to do for those that visit Las Vegas and spend all of their time in the LaLa portion of LasVegasland such as The Strip or Downtown. Get outside of these areas of Las Vegas and there is real life and plenty of it.
Out of 257 cities and ranking #32 can certainly be a shocker for outsiders but for real estate professionals that truly understand what makes a community desirable, it’s easy to understand as developers and New Home builders compete for business with family friendly amenities. Community parks, walking trails and community centers that you’ll find in Henderson Master Planned communities and Las Vegas Master Planned communities such as Summerlin, Green Valley Ranch and many others not only tend to sell better then regular subdivisions, they also tend to have higher resale values.
