I generally find these reports to have more of an entertainment value then anything else because every city has it’s problems. Las Vegas certainly has it’s own to sort through trying to deal with the explosive growth and the massive foreclosures taking place from the wake of a mess speculators have left behind but these are problems that can be worked out with the right leadership.
As for other cities that made the list, some of the “misery” factors can’t be changed.
